THANK YOU HAND™
A UNIQUE new way to say & display...
A Serious Acknowledgement Of Appreciation™!
What makes “YOU” say Thank You?
For me, it's courtesy! My mother taught me to always say "THANK YOU" whenever someone is courteous to ME. And, to appreciate their courtesy by repaying it with action(s), as well as words; like "YOU'RE WELCOME."
Also, it's a fact the majority of cyclists already use one of their hand's to make a variety of signals; which are considered as cyclist etiquette. One of those signals is waving a hand to show thanks; whenever necessary. We are NOT adding to cyclist etiquette with this product. We ARE enhancing the way it's done by using a new "non-verbal" reflective product, and method!
WHY THIS PRODUCT? …Simply put, it’s needed!
The required front reflector alone, is way too small for safe riding at night time.
It's less than 3"x 3"sq. & is supposed to be visible up to 300 ft. (They're not!)
Every bicycle sold in the U.S. is required to have white front and red rear reflectors,
white or amber wheel reflectors, and front/rear facing pedal reflectors.
THANK YOU HAND™ is more than 10 times the size of the required standard size front reflector!
The Pluses, and the Uses explain WHY!
Plus: If you are a bicycle cub owner/representative, and you have a logo, or club name, the public SHOULD be able to identify your team/members WHENEVER they see your bicycle(s). When most people see a vehicle, even if the brand is an Audi - Volkswagen, they can look for the logo to quickly identify what type of vehicle it is. Bicycle clubs should do the same! Whether you are riding in public, stop to break, eat, or if you're riding among other clubs, people should be able to determine who you are. Especially, if you ever want to rent your bikes, or want others to join your club. By having your brand/logo on THANK YOU HAND™ and utilizing it on your bikes, or your club members bikes will solve that problem!
Plus: There are over 7,000 languages spoken around the world, no one can speak all of them. However, most people understand a courteous wave of thanks when someone uses their hand.
If they DO NOT, now they can learn to, no matter what language they speak! THANK YOU HAND™ is the perfect language barrier assistant to keep us all on the same page so YOUR language won't be a problem, when you're being courteous.
Plus: There's NO OTHER promotional marketing product that's also INSPIRATIONAL like it on the market; it really does say THANK YOU to your customers for doing business with YOUR BUSINESS! THANK YOU HAND™ is also unique because it's a multi-purpose product that can be used several ways. We believe people are going to love it once they see it, and use it; this quote sums up our beliefs of WHY! “If I had asked people what they wanted, they would have said faster horses.”— Henry Ford
Plus: THANK YOU HAND™ is an attractive, new, original, fresh product that will have the user looking cool & groovy like a new movie; when they're being courteous on their bicycle, in their car, or in public. In the words of Steve Jobs, "It might be regrettable to go to market with a product that's less than perfect, but it's suicidal to go to market with one that's dull".
Plus: THANK YOU HAND™ offers a fun and practical way of showing your gratitude while on your bicycle, in your car, at a concert, retirement party, sporting event, walking your pet, or anywhere where showing your gratitude for courtesy, or a job well done is appropriate.
Plus: THANK YOU HAND™ really can help build YOUR company's brand! How? It becomes a small mobile billboard when attached to a bicycle; allowing your brand/name to be displayed wherever the cyclist travels! Using THANK YOU HAND™ on bicycles equates to "ride-along-advertising™," which is extremely efficient since the method of delivery is already paid for by the cyclist. Therefore, THANK YOU HAND™ HELPS achieve maximum impact for your advertising dollars, as it pertains to promotional marketing products! Thereby, reducing YOUR cost of getting your company's name/brand, or club's name in front of the public.
Use: Makes your hand signal's more visible when giving bicycle safety turn signals; day or night. Or, use it to say “THANK YOU” after someone at a traffic intersection; lets your bicycle cross first, lets your car enter into traffic in front of their car, or whenever you're shown some other form of courtesy.
Use: When used on a bicycle and attached with the TYH connector, it allows you to take the product from handlebar-to-hand, and back to handlebar to use giving hand signals, thereby enhancing the hand.
Use: When installed on a bicycle handlebar, it also instantly becomes the THANK YOU HAND Reflector™ at night. And, while attached to a bicycle handlebar, we believe it becomes the largest bicycle reflector ever made; worldwide.
Use: With its unique shape and size, it makes the cyclist and their bicycle more recognizable, and more visible at night from a much farther distance than ALL other typical bicycle reflectors. This adds another level of safety to cycling at nighttime!
(In a test, the THANK YOU HAND Reflector™ was visible from approximately the length of a football field away)
Use: Whether on your bicycle, in your car, or walking, whenever, wherever or to whomever you decide to direct courtesy energy, simply flashing THANK YOU HAND™ at someone gives you the power and magic necessary to brighten their day or night. Hopefully, this gives them the feeling of reciprocating the courtesy by flashing back "YOU'RE WELCOME;" with their THANK YOU HAND™. We like to think being courteous gets courteous behavior back, even in these uncertain times.
There are more than 1.4 billion cars, and 1 billion+ bicycles on roads globally. That’s a ton of potential people that can now begin displaying their gratitude of thanks in an easy way that's NEVER been available before; whenever and wherever they desire.
More than 145 different languages are spoken in Houston, TX alone. That’s the third largest number of languages spoken in a U.S. city behind New York (192), and LA (185). The Census Bureau estimates that linguists recognize over 7,000 languages in the world. With all of the different languages being spoken, it’s time to have a simple, practical way of recognizing courteous behavior anywhere, anytime, day or night, in a fun way that everyone can easily learn to understand, accept and appreciate.
Yet, language alone doesn't describe how lots of people communicate, some people use different movements with their hand-raised, palm-up. Quite frankly, sometimes hand communication is easier to get your message across; most cyclists know this personally, because of the different hand signals we use. Nevertheless, it is necessary to understand each BARE hand raised, palm-up can, and is used to send different messages. For instance; a BARE hand raised, palm-up could mean to; stop, backup, be quiet, if you're waving it, it can mean hello, the "right" BARE hand raised palm-up is often used to take an oath, and it's sometimes used as a slang, 'talk to the hand.' etc.
Therefore, there should NOT be any confusion of the intent when using THANK YOU HAND™ with your hand.
The writing on the hand is actually simple to understand, because it's the exact message the user is conveying; "THANK YOU" or "YOU'RE WELCOME."
